Project: redesign the retractable wheel mechanism on the ARC collapsible trailer to reduce the cost of the internal structure and lift mechanism.
Solution: replace an existing ball screw mechanism and expensively formed aluminum structure with a commercial jacking system and more economically formed aluminum channel. Create a dynamically working 3D CAD model and manufacturing drawings.
